El Delfín

très décue du logement Positive: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Negative: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Very disappointing experience. The host was extremely difficult to reach, and getting the keys was a real nightmare. The QR code did not work, and there was no one properly available to help us. Another major disappointment: the apartment is located on the top floor with no elevator, yet this essential information was absolutely not mentioned in the Booking.com listing when I made my reservation. When I pointed this out to the host, he simply replied that the photos showed that the apartment was located high up. That is absolutely not the same as clearly stating “top floor with no elevator”! In my opinion, this is highly misleading and an important piece of information that should have been clearly disclosed to guests. And to make matters worse, there was an incredible amount of noise at night, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful stay. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I strongly do not recommend this property and would absolutely never stay here again. AVOID!!!

Nice apartment, shame about smell and lack of atmosphere Positive: Great apartment in a residential block therefore no holiday feel at all, plenty of space for a family of five, lots of wardrobe space, adequate kitchen, two toilets, one shower was not an issue. Great location and value for money 😊 Negative: Would have preferred two keys for a family of five, the code only worked upon initial entry. Smell of weed was unbearable at times and had to shut windows. Apartment really needs air con! Fans in both bedrooms but blows hot air around. Pool area has no atmosphere- no music or floaters allowed, we had a little speaker and they did allow the odd floaty depending on which security guard was in but don’t expect any atmosphere at all

Positive: Good location. Big pool. Nice size. Tv in living rooms and bedrooms. Fans in bedroom. The came the same day with a new replacement fan when the one in the bedroom broke. Good service! Negative: Pool was often dirty and lots of cigarettes laying around. It could have been cleaned more often. People smoking marijuana by the pool also, even when children were around. Pretty much every evening and night we could smell the drugs/Marijuana when trying to put the kids to bed. Had to have the windows open to get a draft to sleep comfortably.

Positive: Key code Negative: Towels provided where stained. Also the main gate to the apartments did not have a workable lock on it but while we where staying there the lock was repaired but we did not have a code to get back in. We called the host on a number of times over a period of 2 hours before we got a code. The next day the code would not work and we got no response from the host. Each time that we needed to get back in the had to wait for someone else to open the gate so we could get back into the apartment.
