Positive: Il est très proche de la plage. Le personnel est tellement gentil et serviable. Negative: La nuit il y a beaucoup de bruit.

Was okay for what you pay for Positive: Comfortable apartment good view close to the strip not far to walk Negative: The corridor was poorly light at night and lift was just ply board bathroom window could be opened from outside

Positive: good position, clean, helpful staff Negative: there’s a small window in the bathroom that’s on the entrance side and can be opened from the outside of the room

Not worth the money, very disappointing, needs down grading. Positive: Nothing.Steep stairs to access reception area. Entrance area to M block very depressing, bleak lift areas, badly lit. Apartment very small with no balcony, furniture broken. bed stained. Windows filthy. Very disappointing stay Negative: Everything. No internet was a big issue. Furniture coming apart and insufficient Not enough dining chairs. There was no oven, or extractor hood. The shower cubicle was visible by anyone descending from floors above through plain glass window. Bedroom was very sparse, o bedside lighting or table. Piece of cardboard inserted over front door over glass panel. The pool had so many broken tiles, no handrails any steps, some sun beds in poor condition, no shade cover. Pool bar (when open) had key to toilets in Block Y, but very poorly managed.. Access paths and ramps blocked off by high chain link fences. Will be complaining further with more photos to Head Office
