Positive: En todo momentos en la llegada .e puse en contacto con la anfitriona y muy amable.

Positive: Orribile sporco e pieno di scarafaggi privo di accoglienza e un carello di roba abbandonata sul pianerottolo....... andate da un altra parte

I’d never stay in block M again just hoping block Y is better as we’ve changed over block M feels like a hostel Positive: The location that was it Negative: It’s like something out of a horror movie walking into the property and to your door it feels scary and very un clean the rooms aren’t the best wasn’t happy with them at all,they look really nice on the pictures 😟 Parts of the wall was missing plugs sockets came off walls there was bugs running about felt abit gammy also had a funny smell like cat wee

It was hurrendos and a disgrace Positive: The shower was the only good thing Negative: I was locked out of my room for over 5 hours with no access to my belongings, it ruined my holiday and was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had
