Negative: Ubytování neodpovídalo tomu, co bylo sjednáno. Během pobytu opakovaně nefungovala elektřina, netekla teplá voda a vyskytly se další závažné technické problémy, které výrazně snížily kvalitu ubytování. Kvůli tomu jsme byli dva dny bez teplé vody. Museli jsme sami zjistit, v čem je problém – nejprve najít bojler, poté zjistit, že není vůbec zapojený do zásuvky, a nakonec zjistit, že jej ani není možné zapojit, protože zásuvky v této části kuchyně a v koupelně nefungují. Nakonec jsme v prádelně našli silně poškozený prodlužovací kabel, kterým jsme bojler provizorně zapojili. Jinak bychom po zbytek pobytu neměli k dispozici teplou vodu. Z dalších elektropřístrojů nefungovala digestoř, rychlovarná konvice, kávovar a vysavač. Dveře do koupelny nešly správně zavřít ani zamknout. Problémy jsem oznámil ubytovateli již během pobytu, ale nebyly včas ani řádně odstraněny.

Positive: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Genügend Platz für 2 oder auch mehr Personen Negative: Tagsüber häufig kläffende Hunde. Nachts ist es ruhig. Abades ist häufig sehr windig

Negative: Kitchen kettle was faulty, leading to electricity cut-off. We were unable to locate the fusebox and it took 5+ hours to contact host, after various messages and phone calls. Then that night at 4am, the kitchen was flooded due to a faulty dishwasher connector pipe under the sink. After locating the stop tap, we turned the water off and began mopping up the kitchen, which was flooded with 5cm deep water. After hours of mopping, and emptying 3+ buckets of water, we were able to go back to bed briefly before getting up again for our return journey. The location was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, but we spent many hours dealing with these disasters which ruined the enjoyment of our short break. I informed the host of the flood as soon as it happened and kept them updated with our clean up operation. After expressing my disappointment they reassured us we would receive a refund, but we are yet to receive anything. Now they say we have to obtain a refund from Booking.com. Nothing has been received from Booking.com yet. I really hope they can resolve this.

Negative: Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen, die Tür zum Bad lies sich nicht schließen, da die Zarge aufgequolle und verzogen war, das müsste repariert werden. Der Toaster war defekt und die Warmwasser Versorgung ist undicht. Auf die Reklamation wurde nicht reagiert.
