Negative: La tv no funcionaba y la mampara del baño había que cerrarla haciendo fuerza porque se soltaba

Never Negative: The worst experience. According to the reviews, we’re neither the first nor the last to have had a very negative experience. 1. The accommodation address is not in the international format (i.e., street name first, followed by the house number) and is in Spanish. 2. Phoenix Beach Home is not listed anywhere on the house. We searched for 20 minutes and had to call the provider several times. 3. The key to the street door was locked in a safe box next to the street door. But we weren’t given the code. We called the provider again. They told us that the door opens via the app. Although the app repeatedly indicated that the door had been opened, the front door did not open via the app. 4. In another phone call, the provider promised to come and open the front door, but this did not happen. 5. It wasn’t until 9:28 PM that the provider finally sent us the code for the box containing the front door key via booking.com. We asked the provider many times between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM to send us the code via WhatsApp or text message... nothing!!!! PS: We had agreed with the host to arrive at 5:00 PM. We were there right on time, but it wasn’t until 9:28 PM—and after many frustrating phone calls with the host—that we received the code for the box by the street door.... One big disaster.

Agradable Positive: Ubicacion

Good value, no frills apartment Positive: The location was excellent. Close enough to everything without being right in the centre Negative: The building overall was quite 'tired', but that's not the fault of the owners - it's more of a residential building rather than a residence full of holidaymakers.

Positive: Ottima posizione nel centro della città; appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi per potersi fermare qualche giorno, compresa la cucina pronta all'uso. Comunicazione con l'host rapida ed efficiente, tutta su Booking. Tre persone ci vanno alla grande, quattro iniziano a starci un po' strette e con qualche sacrificio. Almeno nel nostro caso il rapporto qualità/prezzo si pone a favore del turista. Negative: Scomodo dover aprire il portone principale del palazzo con lo smartphone (non abbiamo trovato una chiave fisica); scomodo dover salire a piedi tre piani di strette scale; scomodo l'ambiente di ingresso nell'appartamento; con l'utilizzo del secondo letto singolo non si entra più nella stanza; i sanitari del bagno vanno fissati meglio al pavimento.
