Absolutely horrible experience. Positive: Location Negative: Absolutely horrible experience. The host doesn’t speak proper English, which made communication extremely difficult from the start. We also weren’t told that a working Wi-Fi connection is required for the virtual key to function. Because of that, we didn’t take the physical key with us to the beach. When we returned, the virtual key didn’t work and my wife, my little daughter, and I were locked out. We tried calling the host, but it was nearly impossible to resolve anything in English. She told us she would send someone to help, but after waiting outside for around 40 minutes, someone else from the building eventually came out and let us in. Once we were back inside, we realised the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all, which also meant no internet and no TV. The host said she would contact the provider, but we were without Wi-Fi for almost 24 hours. I reported this to Booking.com and received compensation. Then, four days after we checked out, the host filed a complaint claiming we had damaged items in the property, which we absolutely did not. She conveniently demanded an amount close to the compensation we had received. It felt retaliatory and dishonest. On top of all this, the apartment was filthy on arrival - poorly maintained, visible wear and tear everywhere, and a dirty couch. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free holiday.

Positive: Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Es gibt sogar ein Aufzug im Treppenhaus. Negative: Die Wohnung ist nur schwer zu finden. Der Taxifahrer hatte keine Ahnung von welcher Hauptstaße aus, er das Haus /Hausnummer in der querende Treppestraße anfahren sollte. Mit dem Koffer macht es keinen Spaß die Treppen zu steigen um die Hausnummer zu suchen. Kein Hinweis auf Diegos Home. Zudem war die vermeintliche Haustür abgeschlossen. Somit kam man nicht zu der Wohnung. Auch endlich vor der Wohnungstür angekommen....kein Hinweis ob man hier richtig ist. Im dunkeln Flur erkennt man auch nicht das elektronischen Türschloss. Mein Tip : am Schloss streicheln ....dann leuchtet es.
