Terrible experience: Data leaks, severe security issues, and zero property management support Negative: My vacation turned into a stressful ordeal due to gross negligence from the property management. First, the data security issue: before I even arrived, my personal booking details leaked, leading to targeted phishing and scam attempts that turned into a constant spam of fraudulent messages. When I contacted Booking.com about this, they officially confirmed that the security breach happened because the property’s internal systems were compromised. Second, the operational failures at the property were completely unacceptable: I was locked outside for an hour because the host failed to provide working digital access and a physical key, until a third party finally let me in. Then, I couldn't leave the property freely for 24 hours because the link access system broke, lack of physical key, and to top it off, there was zero working Wi-Fi during the entire stay. On top of that, the communication from the property management was aggressive and involved gaslighting when I tried to report these issues and get the resolution. Be warned: if something goes wrong, they do not resolve their own mistakes. Instead, they will blame you, claim that "things just happen," and take zero action. Stay away if you value your safety, peace of mind, and personal data.

Absolutely horrible experience. Positive: Location Negative: Absolutely horrible experience. The host doesn’t speak proper English, which made communication extremely difficult from the start. We also weren’t told that a working Wi-Fi connection is required for the virtual key to function. Because of that, we didn’t take the physical key with us to the beach. When we returned, the virtual key didn’t work and my wife, my little daughter, and I were locked out. We tried calling the host, but it was nearly impossible to resolve anything in English. She told us she would send someone to help, but after waiting outside for around 40 minutes, someone else from the building eventually came out and let us in. Once we were back inside, we realised the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all, which also meant no internet and no TV. The host said she would contact the provider, but we were without Wi-Fi for almost 24 hours. I reported this to Booking.com and received compensation. Then, four days after we checked out, the host filed a complaint claiming we had damaged items in the property, which we absolutely did not. She conveniently demanded an amount close to the compensation we had received. It felt retaliatory and dishonest. On top of all this, the apartment was filthy on arrival - poorly maintained, visible wear and tear everywhere, and a dirty couch. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free holiday.
