Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Playa Lux Los Cristianos. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep after exploring Tenerife. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops all within easy walking distance. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. We arrived well after midnight due to a delayed flight, and despite the very late hour, the host was there to personally welcome us with a smile. That alone showed how much they care about their guests. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Communication was always quick, and they were happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful gift of chilled champagne and soft drinks waiting for us, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay at Playa Lux Los Cristianos again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife.
