Apartamento Sunshine Playa Arena

Positive: Апартаменты имеют удобное расположение и отличный вид на океан. Большой удобный балкон. Есть бассейн на территории комплекса. Есть вся необходимая для жизни утварь. Нам любезно предоставили возможность воспользоваться бесплатным паркингом. / The apartment is conveniently located and offers excellent ocean views. It also features a large, comfortable balcony. There's a swimming pool on the grounds. All the necessary amenities are provided. We were kindly provided with free parking. Negative: При заселении нам были высланы не правильные электронные коды для открытия дверей. Мы не могли заселиться в течении нескольких часов и пришлось понервничать. После переписки в приложении букинга, ватсапе и звонка по экстренным номерам, нам прислали новые коды, по которым мы заселились в апартаменты. Есть не большие поломки (кухонная дверка) и недочеты (старые матрасы лежаков), но это на мой взгляд не сильно критично. / Upon check-in, we were given the wrong electronic codes to open the door. We couldn't check in for several hours, which was quite nerve-wracking. After messaging through the booking app, WhatsApp, and calling emergency numbers, we were sent new codes, which we used to check into the apartment. There were some minor defects (the kitchen door) and some flaws (the mattresses on the sun loungers were old), but I don't think these are too critical.

On conseille ce logement dans son ensemble. On a adoré. Rien à reprocher. Il faut du réseau 4G ou 5G. Positive: La vue, le soleil l’après-midi, grande terrasse, le lit confortable et la place de stationnement. Proximité commerces et plages. Le réseau wifi dans l’appartement. Negative: Avant l’arrivée, il faut s’assurer de bien avoir de la 4G ou 5G.

Positive: Der eigene Parkplatz Negative: Die defekte Küchenschranktür, keine Beschreibung für die Waschmaschine

Absolument aucun accompagnement, ni aide d’aucune sorte. Du jamais vu! Negative: Cet appartement est loué par UN ROBOT... Les codes d'accès dans l’établissement et dans l’appartement étaient faux. Nous avons laissé un numéro de téléphone pour qu’ on nous appelle d’urgence. Personne n’à appelé. Nous avons dormi dans la voiture de location à défaut de pouvoir trouver un hôtel pour une nuit. Le lendemain nous avons réceptionné les nouveaux codes par mail. C’est une première pour nous de poster un avis négatif mais cette location est à éviter absolument.

A short sunny escape from the overcast Central European November weather Positive: Nice location near the black sandy beach, nice swimming pool inside the venue, but little bit cold in November. The apartment was in the same condition like in description, at the 6 th floor, with large terrace looking direct over the ocean. Kitchen utensils sufficient for simply cooking like toasts, breakfast, pasta. Negative: We had some difficulty entering the main building because the keypad where the entry code should be entered was not working. We had to wait for another guest to leave the building and open the door for us.  Entry to the apartment via the code was without any problem.
